Job summary

Ali And Sons Holding L.L.C is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale high-rise, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use construction projects in the UAE. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery from award to handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires proven delivery of AED 500 million+ projects, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and strong knowledge of Primavera P6, procurement, and contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of high-rise and landmark construction projects valued at AED 500 Million and above
• Take full responsibility for project planning, construction, commercial performance, quality, HSE, procurement and contractual compliance
• Develop and implement project execution plans, construction methodologies and recovery strategies
• Ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and in accordance with contract requirements
• Monitor project financial performance, budgets, cash flow forecasts and cost control measures to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Planning teams in managing variations, extension of time (EOT) claims, contractual notices and change management
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including Construction, Engineering, Planning, QA QC, HSE, Commercial, Procurement and MEP
• Review and monitor project schedules prepared in Primavera P6 and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning execution control and successful delivery of large-scale high-rise commercial hospitality residential and mixed-use construction projects The role provides leadership throughout the project lifecycle from award through completion and handover ensuring projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards while meeting client expectations and supporting the Company s strategic objectives

• Take full responsibility for project planning construction commercial performance quality HSE procurement and contractual compliance
• Develop and implement project execution plans construction methodologies and recovery strategies where required
• Ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and in accordance with contract requirements
• Monitor project financial performance budgets cash flow forecasts and cost control measures to maximize project profitability
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Planning teams in managing variations extension of time EOT claims contractual notices and change management
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including Construction Engineering Planning QA QC HSE Commercial Procurement and MEP
• Review and monitor project schedules prepared in Primavera P6 and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays
• Coordinate with consultants developers subcontractors suppliers and government authorities to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure full compliance with Project Quality Plans PQP Method Statements Inspection Test Plans ITPs HSE requirements and applicable regulations
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide accurate progress reports to senior management
• Drive productivity improvements value engineering initiatives and continuous process optimization
• Manage procurement strategies for long-lead items and critical subcontract packages
• Resolve technical commercial contractual and operational issues affecting project delivery
• Lead project testing commissioning completion authority approvals and final handover
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants developers and other key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 8 years as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience with leading construction or contracting companies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
• Must have completed at least two (2) high-rise projects valued at AED 500 Million or above.
• Previous experience with Tier-1 UAE contractors is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local authority requirements including ADM, DMT, Civil Defence, DEWA, ADDC, and other statutory authorities, where applicable.
