Job summary

ATGC Transport and General Contracting L.L.C. seeks an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to deliver a complete high-rise tower project in Abu Dhabi. This ground-to-roof role covers base/substructure through superstructure to final finishing and handover.

You will lead site mobilization, basements, tower cranes and transporting equipment, while ensuring ADM/ADCD inspections, sustainability targets (Estidama Pearl), and strict Primavera P6 planning and budget control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Accredited/Attested) required.
• 15-20 years total construction experience.
• Must have completed two High-Rise Tower (G+30 and above) projects from Base to Finishing.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from base/substructure to finishing and handover.
• Oversee substructure works including piling, shoring, and dewatering.
• Manage tower structural works, PT slab sequences, and crane/installations.
• Coordinate civil-structural interface with façade installation for schedule adherence.
• Take ownership of finishing works: masonry, plaster, tiling, flooring and wall finishes.
• Lead snagging/desnagging and ensure 5-star quality benchmarks.
