Job summary

Antal International LLC-FZ in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead high-rise residential and commercial towers from design through handover. You will own cost, schedule, quality, and risk, coordinating design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, UAE high-rise experience, and strong skills in leadership, negotiation and contract management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction industry experience, including civil and interior works.
• UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is mandatory.
• Proven track record in high-rise project delivery and construction management.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, contractual and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera and Aconex.
• Knowledge of construction details, building products, regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to lead design management, value engineering and cost optimization.
• Experience with tendering, contract finalization and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of high-rise residential and commercial tower projects from design through handover and closeout.
• Own project cost, schedule, quality, budget, cash flow, risk and overall delivery performance.
• Lead design management, constructability reviews, value engineering and cost optimization.
• Manage tendering, contractor prequalification, bid evaluation, BOQs, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee construction execution, site progress, programme control, and contractor performance.
• Manage FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, EOT and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure timely municipality, NOC, statutory and authority approvals.
• Establish governance, planning, reporting, risk management and project-control processes.
• Lead progress meetings and provide cost, schedule and risk updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Drive project completion, tower handover, snagging and post-handover resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of high-rise residential and commercial tower projects
• From design through handover and closeout Own project
• Cost schedule quality budget cash flow risk and overall delivery performance
• Lead design management constructability reviews value engineering and cost optimization

Key Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
