Key Responsibilities
- Own regional performance for RUBL60 and sort‑grid utilization across Amazon delivery operations in the Middle East, Africa, and Türkiye.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for under‑the‑roof and on‑the‑road capacity planning, utilization, routing, and sortation processes.
- Build mechanisms that monitor RUBL60, bag utilization, sort‑grid capacity, and related operational indicators every day.
- Investigate missed targets, recurring performance gaps, and unusual metric behavior.
- Identify root causes and define corrective and preventive actions to improve long‑term operational performance.
- Develop simple, scalable solutions for complex delivery‑station and transportation challenges.
- Create tools, reporting mechanisms, and decision‑support processes for Central Operations and regional site teams.
- Analyze operational trends and explain changes in RUBL60, bag utilization, station capacity, and route‑planning performance.
- Provide practical guidance that helps delivery stations apply consistent and sustainable improvement measures.
- Use route‑planning data to identify areas where capacity, efficiency, or time utilization can be improved.
- Work with technology and science teams to enhance route‑planning systems, operational models, and supporting tools.
- Influence route‑planning teams to produce fair, efficient, and sustainable delivery routes.
- Improve route efficiency without creating unreasonable workloads for delivery drivers.
- Assess how transportation decisions affect customer experience, shipper experience, operator performance, and delivery costs.
- Define program requirements, success measures, implementation mechanisms, and operational schedules.
- Lead cross‑functional projects involving technical and non‑technical teams.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, business, technology, science, and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Use data and metrics to prioritize initiatives and determine whether implemented changes are producing the required improvements.
- Present findings, risks, recommendations, and program results to senior leaders.
- Create clear written documents that explain operational problems, proposed solutions, supporting analysis, and execution plans.
- Establish urgency, maintain stakeholder alignment, and drive initiatives through implementation.
- Build repeatable processes that can be deployed across multiple countries and delivery stations.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of program management or project management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
- At least 3 years of experience defining and implementing data‑led process improvements.
- Proven ability to manage programs from initial problem definition through implementation and performance review.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps.
- Practical SQL knowledge for extracting, reviewing, and analyzing operational data.
- Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complex operational issues.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience influencing stakeholders at different levels without direct reporting authority.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, finance partners, and operations managers.
- Experience creating processes, project plans, schedules, governance mechanisms, and performance reports.
- Demonstrated experience driving end‑to‑end delivery and presenting results to senior leadership is preferred.
- Experience improving routing, sortation, transportation, capacity planning, or last‑mile operations is advantageous.
