Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and execute on new opportunities to accelerate growth of FBA and drive process improvements.
• Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data and teams involved in FBA workstreams across regions.
• Identify gaps or overlaps and initiate high-impact projects based on analysis.
• Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers to pilot initiatives.
• Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review operational metrics and ensure goals are met.
• Operate autonomously; drive forecasts and handle escalations.

The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic about managing challenging longterm projects across multiple teams and cities. We are looking for an someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.

The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with knowledge of program management demonstrate strong relationship and strategic influencing skills be experienced in largescale change management across functions and geographies and exhibit a relentless pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills problemsolving skills influencing without authority strong ability to prioritize and a passion for customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

• Identify prioritize and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate growth of FBA as well as drive process improvements.


• Develop indepth understanding of processes tools data and teams involved in FBA process (domestically and internationally).


• Identify gaps (or overlaps) and opportunities and initiate highimpact projects based on analysis.


• Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.


• Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review operational / business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.


• Operate autonomously; drive forecasts and handle escalations.

Demonstrated Abilities

• Experience using problem solving and analytical skills in a business environment


• Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering business improvements.

• The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazons crossmatrix organization is critical to the success of this role.


• Possess excellent business judgment strong written and oral communication skills and a practical commonsense approach to getting things done.


• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.


• 3 years of program or project management experience


• Knowledge of SQL


• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements improvements and initiatives


• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously


• Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions


• Masters degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
