What's on your plate
Strategy & Planning
- Design and lead talabat's Emiratization strategy in alignment with UAE national goals and company objectives.
- Develop and execute multi-year plans to increase Emirati representation across all functions and levels within talabat.
- Set annual KPIs and performance metrics for the Emiratization program and regularly track and report progress to leadership.
Program Management
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Emiratization initiatives from talent attraction to engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build strong Emirati candidate pipelines and build talabat's brand as an employer of choice for Emirati talent.
- Partner with business units to identify roles suitable for Emirati nationals and ensure integration.
- Act as the SME on Emiratization trends, benchmarking and data‑driven decision making.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external Emiratization stakeholders: Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders, Government entities (MOHRE, NAFIS), Education partners and more.
- Support leadership in navigating Emiratization trends, risks and opportunities.
Talent Development
- Design and implement development programs tailored for Emirati talent (early careers, leadership readiness, mentorship).
- Build onboarding and progression frameworks that accelerate learning and growth for Emirati talent.
- Track and promote success stories to enhance engagement and inspire future talent.
Qualifications
- Strategic thinker with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.
- 6 years of experience in Emiratization or Talent Management ideally in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
- Passion for creating world‑class employee experiences & engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and Emiratization policies, especially NAFIS and MOHRE mandates.
- A proven track record of designing and delivering impactful localization programs.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- UAE Nationals strongly encouraged to apply.
