As a subject matter expert for Rush operations, the Program Manager will work directly with delivery station processes, conduct time and motion studies, analyze operational performance and develop practical solutions to complex problems. The position requires deep engagement with Amazon 's UTR, OTR and routing technologies while coordinating initiatives across DEX, Finance, Technology and Operations teams.
The ACES Program Manager III will own initiatives designed to strengthen quality and delivery experience across Amazon Rush operations. This is both an operational and strategic position. The Program Manager will spend time understanding processes directly on the operational floor while also developing improvement roadmaps, evaluating pilots, building performance mechanisms and communicating recommendations to senior leadership.
The role requires detailed understanding of Amazon 's UTR, OTR and routing technologies and how these systems interact with safety, quality, delivery experience and network speed. This operational and technical knowledge will be used to diagnose issues, evaluate potential solutions and support scalable improvements across the Rush network.
Support Work closely with Finance Business Partners on assumptions used during planning cycles. The role will contribute operational inputs and analysis supporting OP1, QxG and 3YF planning activities. This requires connecting operational performance, program priorities and relevant financial considerations when evaluating future requirements.
Prepare structured written materials that communicate complex operational problems and proposed solutions clearly. The ACES Program Manager III will write 6-pagers and narratives covering program performance, operational challenges, analytical findings and recommended actions. These materials will support communication and decision‑making across senior, technical, financial, business and operations stakeholders.
The position requires someone comfortable operating between the delivery station floor and strategic program discussions. The successful candidate should be able to investigate operational processes in detail, work through ambiguous problems and convert findings into straightforward, practical solutions. Strong judgement, clear written and verbal communication and the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives are important. The role also requires the ability to define programs when information is limited and maintain momentum across technical, financial, business and operational teams.
