A leading clean energy company is seeking a Program Manager to develop and create programmes for Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW). Candidates should have over 8 years of experience managing content for similar events. Responsibilities include managing speaker lists, coordinating with teams, and ensuring high-level speakers are briefed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Employment is full-time.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role involving event management.

Responsibilities

• Work on contract awarding process for the Summit.
• Develop potential speaker list for ADSW objectives.
• Create presentation material and templates for events.
• Lead relationship with appointed Content Partner.
• Coordinate with Events & Operations for Summit build.
• Execute communications plan with Corporate Communications team.
• Develop programs for ADSW and related events.
• Brief high-level speakers per Masdar standards.
