This role will serve as the central point of contact for senior leadership, ensuring a unified procurement approach that supports efficiency and cost optimisation across the business.

  • Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with organisational objectives across multiple offices.
  • Establish and standardise procurement processes from the ground up, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as the central point of contact for senior leadership, driving a centralised procurement function and best practices.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts to optimise costs and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee key indirect spend categories, including professional services, recruitment, travel, IT, and related operational costs.
  • Drive cost savings and supplier performance improvements through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and benchmarking.
Profile
  • Experience: 8-10 years in procurement, with proven ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Skills & Background: Strong expertise in procurement processes and contract management; exposure to multiple indirect spend categories (professional services, recruitment, travel, IT); ability to conceptualise and implement procurement frameworks from scratch; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mindset & Attributes: Hands-on "doer" approach with strategic thinking capability; Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership; team player with a focus on efficiency and cost optimisation.
