Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks a Relationship Manager to build trusted relationships with Priority Banking and Priority Private Banking clients and deliver tailored investment and portfolio solutions. You will work with specialists to provide comprehensive strategies for long‑term growth and stability, while advancing across Wealth and Retail Banking or other client segments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in client acquisition, relationship management, and retail banking.
• Technical expertise in consumer banking products, including treasury, equities, funds, and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, international environment.
• Local market knowledge with established client networks and understanding of regional dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in achieving their financial goals as they progress through their career and life stages.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients’ financial needs and aspirations and delivering tailored wealth and investment solutions.
• Share timely market insights and investment updates from the CIO to help clients make informed decisions.
• Leverage digital tools like myWealth to create customised portfolios and monitor performance based on CIO guidance.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive engagement and personalised service.
