Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sanitaryware, tiles, building materials, interiors, or construction.
• Strong coordination, organization, and time-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, service-focused approach.
• Comfortable working with premium clients and complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team on quotations, project documentation, and order details.
• Support the sales process by tracking project information and timelines.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries.
• Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Keep CRM and internal systems updated with project data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare project-related reports and sales updates for management.
• Monitor multiple requirements and deadlines concurrently.
• Address client concerns professionally with proactive resolutions.
