Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or project coordination role, ideally within construction or engineering.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales projects from inception to completion ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and project requirements.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, invoices, and communication logs.
• Identify and address risks and challenges that may impact timelines or outcomes.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the project sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets contributing to the overall sales strategy.
• Coordinate and manage project-related travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
