Job summary

Client of Ladwig Consulting, a Dubai real estate development firm, seeks a talented Project Coordinator to support the Project Director across concept to handover for branded residential and hospitality hotel resort developments in the region.

You will organize workflows, track milestones, maintain meeting minutes, and prepare dashboards for internal and external stakeholders while coordinating with consultants, contractors and operators to ensure brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Assist in preparing project workflows, tracking milestones and monitoring deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, submittal logs, progress reports and correspondence.
• Prepare, organize and follow up on project presentations, reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule, organize and document internal and external meetings with consultants, contractors and operators.
• Support in drafting scope of works, RFPs, consultant contracts and documentation reviews as required by the Project Director.
• Support value engineering exercises and ensure changes are documented, communicated and approved.
• Coordinate with architectural, interior design, landscape, MEP and structural consultants to ensure alignment with project vision and brand guidelines.
• Facilitate timely holistic review and consolidation of consultant submissions, drawings, reports and specifications.
• Track and follow up on design deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in reviewing design packages for compliance with hotel operator standards and branded residential guidelines.
• Liaise as required with the hotel operator brand partner to facilitate approvals and align with brand-specific requirements.
• Coordinate submission and comment trackers for mock-up rooms and submission reviews.
