Job summary

Black & Grey HR in Dubai is recruiting a Senior Project Sales Coordinator for a luxury building materials client. You will bridge sales project and procurement, ensuring quotations, BOQ interpretation, and material submissions are accurate for seamless project execution.

The role demands 5+ years UAE material sector experience, strong English communication, Arabic as a plus, and proficiency with ERP systems (MS Dynamics) and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction materials or interior design sector is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the UAE market.
• Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic for reading and conversation will be a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms especially MS-Dynamics is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools particularly Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales documents including quotes, purchase orders, proforma invoices and detailed cost analysis.
• Collaborate with sales teams to accurately interpret project BOQ.
• Develop and submit material submittals and reports for tenders when required.
• Manage and oversee company registrations and pre-qualification processes with relevant authorities and organizations.
• Maintain and track sales opportunities ensuring effective coordination with various internal teams to support project needs.
