Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong existing network within A&D, developer and contractor communities.
• Experience interpreting architectural drawings and coordinating design-to-installation processes.
• Proficiency in CRM and project tracking systems; strong technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and contractors.
• Drive product specifications through presentations, showroom tours and lunch & learn sessions.
• Act as a technical advisor with product knowledge, performance data and compliance information.
• Manage and track specification pipelines using CRM tools from design to execution.
• Develop and maintain precise cut sheets, technical documents and sustainability certifications.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing for aligned project and promotional efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends, LEED standards and UAE building codes.

Our client is looking for a Project Specification Manager to lead product specification efforts across high-end residential hospitality and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects designers and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of luxury materials into key developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects interior designers developers and contractors.
• Drive product specifications through presentations showroom tours and lunch & learn sessions.
