Job description

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company seeking a Head of Sales - Projects to join their team in the UAE. They are a premium window covering and shading solutions, In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic project sales initiatives, leading the sales team, and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction and fit-out sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong project sales leadership, business development expertise, and an established network within the UAE construction industry, which will align successfully within the organization.

About the Requirements

• Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve annual revenue, profitability, and market growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage the project sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Drive specification selling activities to ensure products are specified during the design and planning stages of projects.
• Manage the full project sales lifecycle, including lead generation, project tracking, tender submissions, negotiations, contract awards, and project handover while collaborating closely with design, estimation, operations, and installation teams.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of project sales experience within the UAE construction, building materials, interiors, fit-out, or related industries.
• Proven track record of securing large-scale project contracts, managing complex sales cycles, and developing strong industry relationships across the UAE market.
