Ontime Healthcare UAE is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The role focuses on seamless workflow, team leadership, and exceptional patient care within a high-service environment.

You will manage patient journeys, schedule resources, monitor performance against targets, and ensure DHA compliance while collaborating with medical staff to drive growth and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar in aesthetic/healthcare.
• Experience with Dubai or UAE healthcare compliance and standards.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Lead, coordinate, and support the clinic team to maintain high performance and patient care.
• Manage the overall patient journey and experience, addressing concerns and delivering excellent service.
• Monitor appointments, staff schedules, clinic resources, and supplies.
• Support sales, patient retention, and clinic performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, policies, health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management and medical team to launch and develop the clinic.
