Job summary

Ontime Healthcare in Dubai is seeking an experienced Clinic Client Relations Manager to oversee client relations and daily clinic operations at our premium aesthetic clinic in Jumeirah. The role requires strong customer-service mindset and excellent communication.

You will manage the client journey, handle inquiries and escalations, coordinate with doctors and admin teams, and support retention initiatives to maintain a high-standard patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in client relations, clinic management, or operations.
• Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or premium healthcare environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall client journey, ensuring high level of service and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee daily front-of-house and client relations operations within the clinic.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support appointment management, client follow-ups, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain premium service standards aligned with the clinic’s brand.
