Unknown company in the Gulf region seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer to support sales cycles with technical expertise in Endpoint Devices, Unified Communications, and Collaboration.

You will design solutions, build PoCs, deliver demos and workshops, and collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure successful deployment. The role requires strong presentation and customer-facing skills, plus a Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Solution Consulting, or Technical Support.
• Experience supporting Endpoint Devices, PCs, Workstations, Collaboration Solutions, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with multiple vendors and ability to present technical solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Providing pre-sales technical support throughout the sales process for Endpoint Devices, Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Workplace Solutions.
• Working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and solution briefings to customers and partners.
• Designing and building proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot solutions.
• Supporting channel partners with technical consultations, solution positioning, and project design.
• Identifying and addressing technical, competitive, and implementation challenges during the sales cycle.
• Preparing technical proposals, solution architectures, and technical responses for tenders and RFPs.
• Conducting partner training, enablement sessions, and technical workshops.
• Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful solution positioning and deployment readiness.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
• Providing technical troubleshooting and escalated support when required, either remotely or on-site.
• Supporting meeting room, conferencing, workplace collaboration, and endpoint device solution designs.
• Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers across the Gulf region.
