Job summary

Keyston Distribution LLC is seeking a results-driven Presales Engineer with expertise in Networking, Security, Computing, Storage, and Cloud to build solutions and draft technical proposals for our B2B technology customers in the UAE.

You will conduct PoCs, deliver product demonstrations, develop BoQs and RFP/RFQ responses, and collaborate with channel partners and internal sales teams to translate business needs into robust, commercially competitive IT architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of ICT/Networking Presales experience.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, servers, storage, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in BoQ development, technical proposals writing, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, WLAN, Data Center, Network Security, and Cloud technologies.
• Certifications in networking, wireless, security, or vendor-specific credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, build suitable solution architectures, and convert business and technical requirements into technically robust and commercially attractive offerings.
• Architect and pitch solutions spanning Networking, Security, Computing, Storage, and Cloud.
• Deliver technical presales assistance to channel partners, resellers, and internal sales teams.
• Draft BoQs, technical proposals, HLD/LLD documentation, RFP/RFQ responses, and compliance checklists.
• Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and PoCs for customers and partners.
• Interpret client requirements and recommend technically sound, commercially competitive solutions.
