Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and reminders
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence professionally
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and basic spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and site teams when required
  • Maintain organized records (digital and physical filing)
  • Assist in follow-ups, tracking tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Support basic office administration and coordination activities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with personal and work-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 0–3 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant (fresh graduates may apply)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
