Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in the United Arab Emirates to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and AppLovin, managing large budgets and optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV to deliver sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with creative and analytics teams, run structured experiments, utilize attribution platforms, and expand campaigns across international markets while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
• Experience planning, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Proven ability to manage substantial budgets while meeting CAC and profitability objectives.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis, attribution models, and payback periods.
• Experience with mobile measurement and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer or Adjust).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Allocate significant advertising budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design and implement experiments to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test and refine advertising concepts.
