Landmark Group in the UAE is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels. You will drive campaigns, optimize ROAS, CAC and conversions, and collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM and Analytics teams to accelerate omnichannel growth.

The role demands independent leadership, agency governance, and building dashboards for executive insight, with a strong emphasis on data-driven attribution.

Qualifications

• Plan, execute and optimize paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Deliver ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate and Revenue targets.
• Develop executive dashboards and provide actionable insights using GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Own paid revenue, customer acquisition and media efficiency.
• Plan, execute and optimize Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging paid channels.
• Lead media agencies through governance, planning, optimization and performance reviews.
• Develop executive dashboards and actionable insights using GA4, GTM and reporting platforms.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across digital properties.
• Partner with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Merchandising and Analytics teams.
• Lead structured testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers and bidding.
• Coach agency partners and contribute to the long-term capability of the Digital Marketing team.
