Steer Well Auto in the UAE is seeking a driven Performance Marketing Growth Manager to own our digital customer acquisition strategy. You will lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels to generate qualified inquiries and new business.

This role requires hands-on optimization, data analysis, and collaboration with Sales and IT to turn marketing investments into measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and sales funnels.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage paid advertising plans across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and other platforms.
• Generate high-quality sales-ready leads for the automotive business and collaborate with Sales.
• Monitor and report performance using KPIs, CPL, CAC, ROAS; optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Improve digital strategy, landing pages, forms, WhatsApp journeys and lead funnels.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing campaigns and tools.
