Jobgether partners with direct‑to‑consumer brands to recruit a Video Editor, Performance Ads in the United Arab Emirates. You will craft high‑converting ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, blending traditional editing with AI tools to drive engagement and revenue.

You’ll test hooks, refine campaigns based on performance data, and collaborate with creative leadership on AI-powered generation tools and new formats.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio with live ads and measurable objectives; links required.
• Ability to identify hooks quickly and optimize for performance.

Responsibilities

• Transform briefs into polished, conversion-focused video ads.
• Produce weekly original ad concepts and hook variations.
• Edit UGC and product footage into engaging ads.
• Create AI-generated ad content and integrate AI workflows.
• Apply performance marketing principles to optimize hooks and captions.
