Job summary

Metabolic Health in Dubai seeks a hands-on Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to own the patient acquisition journey across paid, organic, and partnerships. You will lead a high‑performing team, translate business goals into quarterly growth roadmaps, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable CAC, LTV and revenue impact.

You will run omnichannel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO), build robust tracking, develop lead nurture via SMS/WhatsApp/email, and optimize the funnel to convert leads

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Growth or Performance Marketing, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
• Demonstrated track record driving patient or consumer acquisition in Healthcare, Clinics, or HealthTech ideally within the UAE/GCC.
• Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets with direct accountability for performance outcomes.
• Experience designing or managing lead nurture programmes and conversion workflows across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Growth Planning: Translate commercial objectives into a quarterly growth roadmap with clear priorities across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
• Team Management: Directly manage and develop a team of growth marketers setting performance standards.
• Proactive Optimisation: Monitor market trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Deliver regular performance reports focusing on CAC, LTV, and revenue contributions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Content, Medical, Product/Tech, and Finance to optimise the patient journey.
