Job summary

Brewing Gadgets, a Dubai-based ecommerce business, seeks an experienced performance marketing partner to own and optimise campaigns across India, UAE and GCC. You will inherit existing accounts, assess setups, and rebuild structures to improve results.

You will develop market-specific strategies, manage campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn, and drive tests and optimisations with a focus on revenue and profitability. This is a hands-on, remote consultancy role.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong current experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing large product catalogues and product feeds.
• Experience managing more than one market or advertising account simultaneously.
• Strong technical knowledge of analytics, tracking and attribution.
• The ability to connect advertising performance to revenue and profitability.
• A clear approach to strategy, testing and budget allocation.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable quality-control process.
• The ability to work independently and raise problems without waiting to be asked.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear performance marketing strategy for each website and market.
• Present the strategy in plain English and explain how it supports our commercial objectives.
• Manage paid campaigns across all relevant platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Recommend platforms based on commercial opportunity with purpose.
• Manage campaign structures, audiences, bidding, budgets, product feeds and remarketing.
• Plan and execute structured campaign tests.
• Identify wasted spend and opportunities for growth.
• Provide clear requirements and performance feedback to internal creative team.
• Work directly with Ecommerce Manager.
