Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead to drive multi-channel growth in a fully remote role based in the United Arab Emirates. You will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers, own budgetallocation and campaign optimization, and ensure robust tracking and attribution across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate platforms.

The role requires hands-on execution, strategic planning, and strong analytical skills to maximize CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV while ensuring scalable, profitable growth with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• At least 1 year hands-on PPC management and 1 year affiliate management.
• 1 year leading or managing a growth or traffic team.
• Proven budget management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop PPC and Affiliate Managers with clear KPIs and testing roadmaps.
• Own acquisition strategy across PPC and affiliate channels and manage budgets.
• Oversee PPC campaign optimization and affiliate partnerships.
• Identify and develop new traffic sources and growth channels.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and provide weekly forecasts.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliates.
• Communicate results and risks to stakeholders transparently.
