Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, media, or analytics.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital media buying and media planning.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and retail media.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and major marketplace platforms.
• Solid knowledge of audience targeting, creative testing, attribution, incrementality and conversion optimization.
• Experience troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance and translating data into optimization plans.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, media metrics and budget forecasts.
• Knowledge of the Middle East digital and e-commerce landscape; diversity of markets is a plus.
• Fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the MU performance marketing roadmap for the Middle East, aligned with brand, category, commercial and e-commerce priorities.
• Partner with MU Media to embed e-commerce priorities in full-funnel plans and align across channels.
• Manage campaigns from briefing to launch, pacing, testing and optimization to improve traffic, conversions and ROAS.
• Lead sponsored search, display and audience campaigns across Amazon and regional marketplaces; optimize 1P/3P mix.
• Own paid-search strategy, keyword expansion, campaign structures and bid optimization.
• Develop audience-targeting and creative-testing frameworks and scale successful creatives across markets.
