Beiersdorf Group is seeking a seasoned performance marketing leader for the Middle East, with responsibility for driving consumer acquisition and sales growth across e-commerce and retail media.

You will define the regional roadmap, collaborate with Brand, E‑Commerce, Sales and Agencies, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and retail media to maximize ROAS and incremental sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital media buying and media planning.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and retail media channels.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and other major marketplace platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with dashboards, budgets and performance data.

Responsabilités

• Owns the performance marketing agenda for the Middle East and supports North Africa and CEWA.
• Define and lead performance marketing roadmap aligned with brand and e‑commerce priorities.
• Lead e‑commerce and retail media campaigns across regional marketplaces and platforms.
• Own paid-search strategy, optimization, and performance across channels.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and regular performance reviews.
