Job summary

Stagwell Media MENA is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead planning, execution and optimisation of performance campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display, with ownership from strategy to results.

You will drive media strategies for client objectives, analyse performance, manage client relationships, mentor juniors, and push testing and best practices across the regional e‑commerce landscape in the MENA region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on with Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
• Experience across the MENA region and e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding, attribution and optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive mindset with testing and learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display.
• Own campaign performance from setup through reporting and optimisation.
• Develop media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to planning and performance reviews.
• Identify testing opportunities and implement new strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
