Job summary

Beiersdorf in Dubai seeks an eShopper & Customer Marketing Manager to translate brand and category strategies into online shopper experiences and plans across the Middle East. You will own Digital Shelf excellence, improve search visibility, and drive profitable growth through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include content governance, Salsify leadership, and developing customer activation plans aligned with joint business objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, business, or related field.
• 3-4 years in shopper marketing or eCommerce within consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of content and retailer search, ratings, reviews.
• Hands-on with Salsify or similar PIM/content platform.
• English business level; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Shelf standards and execution across e-retailers and marketplaces.
• Lead content syndication and data readiness across markets.
• Improve search optimization and content strategy to drive conversions.
• Translate brand/category insights into customer-focused activation plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for alignment and execution.
