The ideal candidate has 10+ years in marketing/sales, strong financial analytics, and proven leadership in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing.
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy and modern trade is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate brand and channel strategies into execution.
• Strong customer and shopper-centric commercial skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative leadership.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and align activation market needs with lead marketing output and drive synergy.
• Lead S&CM base and innovation planning, ensuring the assortment strategy fits shopper occasions.
• Drive POSM, PICOS, pricing guidelines, and promotion analysis across markets.
• Present key customers, build 4P category selling stories, and map JBP/T2T programs.
• Develop and coach S&CM teams and run cluster meetings.
