Job summary

Omnia Stores, a Dubai-based online luxury jewellery retailer, seeks a Head of Performance to lead our paid media, analytics and growth initiatives. The role will drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across digital channels, while guiding a team and coordinating with e-commerce, brand and content functions.

The candidate will manage budgets, set KPIs, review performance and test innovative tactics to improve conversion and ROI in a fast-paced luxury ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Strong performance marketing skills including planning, optimization and ROI-focused execution.
• Advanced analytics with web analytics tooling to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Performance management with KPI setting, tracking and improvement plans.
• Leadership experience guiding and developing marketing or growth teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across fast-paced ecommerce teams.
• Experience in digital luxury/jewellery ecommerce is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field; leadership in performance roles valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels.
• Oversee web analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Lead and mentor a marketing/growth team.
• Coordinate with e-commerce, brand, and content teams to align performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and manage budgets.
