Job summary

Al Boom Marine seeks a Performance Marketing & SEO Lead to drive growth across retail stores and e-commerce in the GCC and beyond. You will own demand generation, traffic quality, conversion, and retention strategies, coordinating with Content, Brand, Merchandising, and Tech teams.

You will manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms, optimize SEO health, monitor analytics, and build data-driven dashboards to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Experience within retail or consumer goods industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across major platforms.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Develop audience segmentation and retention strategies.
• Monitor traffic, CRO, and conversion across digital properties.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Collaborate with UX, content, and merchandising teams.
