Omnia Stores seeks a Head of Performance in Dubai to lead paid media strategy across channels, drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will mentor a marketing team, coordinate with ecommerce, brand and content teams, and own performance targets and budgets.

You will optimize campaigns, oversee analytics dashboards, test new approaches to improve ROI, and report results to senior leadership in a fast-paced luxury ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Strong performance marketing skills including campaign planning, optimization, and ROI-focused execution.
• Advanced analytical skills with web analytics tools to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Performance management: setting KPIs, tracking results, and implementing improvements.
• Team leadership experience guiding and developing high-performing marketing or growth teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
• Experience in digital retail, luxury, or jewellery ecommerce is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred, with leadership experience valued.
