Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Experience in B2B and B2C lead generation and revenue growth.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, native, TikTok, and other channels.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Drive high-quality leads for services, partnerships, subscriptions, and events.
