Job summary

Al Tamimi & Company seeks an Employee Experience Manager to lead HR operations and the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring efficient, compliant processes and a service-focused culture.

The role partners with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, maintain records in Oracle HR, and enhance engagement across the Dubai office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5–10 years HR experience with focus on HR Operations and onboarding
• Arabic language skills preferred but not essential
• Experience in structured/high-volume onboarding or HR operations
• Experience in law firm or professional services environment preferred
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC labour laws and regulations
• CIPD or equivalent HR certification advantageous
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational, planning and coordination abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with a compliance mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
• Experience managing and developing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes from offer to integration
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Administration and stakeholders to complete requirements
• Manage pre-boarding activities—contracts, documentation, background checks, visa processing, communications
• Ensure system access, equipment and workspace arrangements before start dates
• Deliver engaging onboarding sessions and orientation activities
• Provide guidance and support across the employee lifecycle
• Align onboarding plans with Hiring Managers and business leaders
• Partner with HR Business Partners to maintain high-quality experience
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
• Support audits related to employee documentation and HR processes
• Continuously review and enhance HR processes for efficiency and satisfaction
• Identify best practices and innovative solutions to strengthen experience
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster inclusive culture
