Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the HCBP in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with shared services teams during onboarding.
• Deliver orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Maintain accurate HR trackers covering various people activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
• Support employee relations activities including investigations.
• Monitor Emiratization targets and compliance requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and training coordination.
