Job summary

NEXT Ventures in Dubai is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to drive HR operations and support employee lifecycle processes in the Dubai hub. The role involves managing onboarding, benefits administration, office administration, IT equipment enablement, and cross-hub coordination.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Prior experience in the UAE with good knowledge of labour laws and visa processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end onboarding for new joiners in Dubai.
• Manage lifecycle transactions, maintaining accurate HRIS records.
• Keep the Dubai office operations running efficiently.
