Job summary

Uae Job Alert in Dubai seeks an experienced Manager – HR Operations to lead the organization’s HR operations, overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring UAE labor compliance, and driving process improvements for an outstanding employee experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, expertise in HR systems (Oracle Fusion or Zoho), and a track record of optimizing onboarding, payroll, policies, and audits within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Admin, and HR compliance.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding including PRO coordination and onboarding documentation.
Maintain and improve induction programs for smooth onboarding.
Organize employee engagement, welfare, and communication sessions to boost satisfaction and retention.
Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
Handle employee relations, investigate workplace concerns, and resolve escalations confidentially.
Manage payroll administration, benefits, end-of-service settlements, insurance coordination and other HR ops activities.
Review and approve HR requests, salary revisions, promotions, and other personnel actions.
