Job summary

Aspire Manpower Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Onboarding Officer to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners. You will coordinate documentation, joiner formalities, orientation, and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

The ideal candidate will balance accuracy with strong coordination and communication across HR and other departments, ensuring policies and requirements are met to deliver a positive employee experience.

Are you an HR professional with strong expertise in employee onboarding and a passion for creating a smooth and engaging employee experience Our client is looking for an experienced HR Onboarding Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and requirements
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities

Ideal Candidate

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR onboarding processes
• Proven HR experience in a structured corporate environment
• Experience with large organizations, group companies or multinational companies is highly preferred
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple new joiners and onboarding activities simultaneously
• UAE experience is an advantage
