Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Onboarding Officer to elevate the new- hire experience from Day One. You will own end-to-end onboarding, coordinate documentation, joinings, orientation, and maintain records, while collaborating with HR, Recruitment, and PRO to ensure a smooth, compliant integration for all new joiners.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR onboarding processes.
• Proven HR experience in a structured corporate environment.
• Experience with large organizations, group companies or multinational companies is highly preferred.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple new joiners and onboarding activities simultaneously.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
