Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operations.
• Work according to menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
• Keep work area hygienic at all times according to hotel rules.
• Control food stock and food cost in your section.
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different kitchen sections.
• Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure high standards and consistency in daily preparations and stay updated with new products and techniques.
• Coordinate with other sections on cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
