Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Commis 1 to support daily kitchen operations across assigned sections, ensuring dishes meet high quality and presentation standards. The role emphasizes food safety, consistency, and teamwork in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

You will assist in maintaining mise en place, guide junior staff, and uphold sanitation and kitchen efficiency while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Formación

• Experience in a professional culinary environment focused on quality and consistency.
• Passion for food, culinary techniques, and continuous learning.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes quality standards and presentation guidelines
• Ensure mise en place is fully prepared and organized for all service periods
• Maintain compliance with food safety sanitation and hygiene regulations at all times
• Monitor product quality consistency and portion control throughout food preparation and service
• Support and guide junior culinary associates in maintaining kitchen standards and operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean safe and organized kitchen environment while ensuring proper use and care of equipment
