Sitecore is seeking a Solution Engineer to support our Channel Partners across APJ, MEA and Southern Europe regions, combining technical depth with business insight to guide complex enterprise sales cycles.

You will deliver demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and technical responses, collaborate cross-functionally, stay current with digital marketing technologies, and occasionally speak at regional events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience combining technical elements with client business needs.
• Ability to demonstrate software using a value-based approach.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and integrate products.
• Understanding of cross-channel digital marketing technologies.
• Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information quickly.
• Cross-functional collaboration with technical, sales and BD teams.

• Act as primary contact for designated partners and build relationships.
• Understand partner objectives and align Sitecore solutions.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enable exceptional support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and inform product enhancements.
• Support partners' sales cycles with technical input.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept to partners.
• Write technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
