Job summary

Quantexa is seeking an exceptional Solution Engineer for the META region, based in Dubai. You will collaborate with regional peers across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Product to win strategic opportunities and articulate complex concepts in clear, compelling ways.

You will design demos, guide PoCs, and shepherd the sales cycle with cross‑functional teams, delivering value through data‑driven insights and trusted customer conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercially focused, technical role such as Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, or Value Consulting.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effective customer engagement.
• Exceptional communicator, able to captivate audiences of all sizes with an innate ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience across at least two solution areas with deep expertise in at least one, focused on either technical or business capabilities.
• Strong technology knowledge in enterprise software environments.
• Led a minimum of five proving engagements (PoCs, prototypes, or workshops).
• Confident in presenting and pitching solutions to senior stakeholders at Tier 1 organisations.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and best practices that elevate Solution Engineering performance.
• Experience building demos, templates, or sharing best practices for team enablement.
• Experience mentoring or supporting peers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value of the Quantexa platform to prospects and stakeholders.
• Identify and position the right Quantexa solution tailored to each prospect’s needs.
• Guide prospects through an outcome‑driven solution strategy for long‑term value.
• Manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle with Sales, Architects, Product, and SMEs.
• Contribute to winning proposals, including RFPs and RFIs.
• Take ownership of PoC and trial design and execution, aligning with customer objectives.
• Collaborate on tailored solutions with partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Deliver customised product demonstrations in‑person and remotely for diverse audiences.
• Lead discovery sessions with prospects and partners to uncover core business challenges.
