Job summary

AMETEK UAE seeks a Channel Partner Specialist to drive partner success and revenue growth across the Middle East and Africa from the UAE. You will collaborate with distributors and internal teams to enable partners, manage opportunities, and ensure efficient sales processes.

The role requires strong relationship-building, English communication, and CRM experience (Salesforce). A proactive, collaborative mindset and cross-cultural awareness are essential for success in this international role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in supporting distributors, resellers or partner networks.
• Min 2 to 5 years in channel sales, indirect sales, partner management or sales operations.
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
• International experience, in particular Middle East/Africa/APAC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for distributors and channel partners and support onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Sales Operations & Deal Execution: Prepare quotations, manage sales documentation, and maintain CRM records, pipeline and forecasting.
• Channel Performance & Reporting: Monitor partner performance metrics and support regional reviews and planning.
• Partner Enablement & Coordination: Support trainings, demos, and partner events and lead-generation activities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure consistent regional growth initiatives.
