An established asset management firm based in Dubai is seeking experienced partners who can refer High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNWI) individuals. The ideal candidate will have a significant network and excellent relationships with these clients. Experience in private banking or wealth management is beneficial. This role offers a lucrative commission model based on revenue sharing from funds attracted from HNW/UHNW clients.

Our client, an established Asset Management Company providing high-quality advisory and other services to private banking clients, based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is looking for experienced partners who can refer High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), there are multiple partnership opportunities available. A Partner Referring HNW and UHNW individuals shall be an experienced business executive or an experienced Relationship Manager with a significant network of HNW and UHNW clients, having excellent relationships with his / her clients.

If such a Partner has experience in private banking or wealth management and is based in the United Arab Emirates, it is an advantage, though it is not obligatory to reside in the UAE or have significant experience in private banking and / or wealth management. If in your business activities you interact with and have a network of HNW or preferably UHNW individuals, this exciting partnership model is for you. Your business activities could be not only in private banking, wealth management or asset management, but also in such areas as real estate, yacht sales and leasing, private aircraft sales and leasing, distribution and sales of precious metals and gems, and the long list of industries / sectors can be continued - the essential requirement is excellent relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, and willingness to support his / her clients from an initial introduction to an Asset Management Company to successful completion of a deal / funding of accounts by a HNW / UHNW individual.

Requirements

Requirements to a Business Partner Referring HNW / UHNW Individuals are simple :

  • Have a significant network of HNW / UHNW Individuals, and excellent relationships with his / her HNW / UHNW clients. A client can be classified as HNW if such a client is ready to fund his / her accounts in global private banks working with an Asset Management Company (our client) with an amount equal to USD 2 million or more at the moment / within 3 months from an account opening date;
  • Willing to provide relationship management support from the initial introduction of his / her HNW / UHNW client(s) to successful completion of a deal with such a HNW / UHNW client.
Benefits
