Job summary

Axi is seeking a Business Development professional to support its Central Asia partner portfolio from Dubai. The role focuses on researching the landscape, identifying prospects, and eventually owning the market with a strong emphasis on onboarding, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will maintain partner records in our CRM, coordinate with compliance, payments, marketing, and support, and communicate effectively in Uzbek and English while leveraging your understanding

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Native Uzbek speaker with understanding of Central Asian market.
• Fluent in English for professional partner communications.
• Russian language skills are a strong plus for the region.
• Some exposure to or knowledge of financial markets is preferred but not required.
• Experience with a CRM tool is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for a defined set of partners, resolving queries and service requests quickly.
• Monitor partner performance across trading volumes, client acquisition numbers, and commission data; surface trends and issues to Leadership.
• Own the CRM: maintain accurate partner records and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with compliance, payments, marketing, and support to resolve issues and fulfill requests.
• Onboard new partners end-to-end—from account setup to marketing materials and activation.
• Research Central Asian market: competitors, regulatory environment, and potential partners; build a qualified pipeline.
